Return & Refund Policy
We set these policies to ensure you are fully aware of our refund and return methods and procedures. These policies apply to AUSTRALIA.
- 30-DAY RETURN POLICY
If you wish to return an item and want a refund, please notify us within 30 days after delivery via email to support@vizuals.com.au. If you have found a defective product, then please send us a picture of a damaged product. We will then send the courier to collect the item from your address. We will bear the total cost of returning the item. We will send you a new item at no additional cost, and if you no longer need the item, we will refund the entire order amount via the original payment method you used while shopping. If you have ordered the wrong product and want to exchange the item, then return shipping charges are your responsibility.

The product should not be used. Once we have received the product, we will refund the order amount. On the card you used when you made the purchase.
- RETURN PROCESS
To start a return, you can contact us at support@vizuals.com.au or call us at (02) 8526 9018. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
- DAMAGED AND WRONG PRODUCTS OR ISSUES
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
To return your product, you should contact us via email or phone.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
- EXCHANGES
We only exchange damaged, wrong product, wrong size, or defective products. If you need to exchange an item, please contact us at support@vizuals.com.au or call us at (02) 8526 9018.
- RESTOCKING FEE
We do not charge a restocking fee on returns.
- REFUNDS
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund was approved. If approved, you’ll be refunded to your original payment method. Your refund will arrive in 3 - 5 business days. Please remember that it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
